Do they have a phonenumber or some other form of contact which could be faster than this?
Otherwise send an email to them which stating you are so pissed off, you will badmouthing them for every reviewsite on Earth from now on.
If they care about their reputation they will answer to this. Of course meanwhile you could kinda start badmouthing them everywhere.

You need to send DuckPoker your telephone number so they can contact you.

Lol you need a phone number so they can contact you by e-mail? How weird is that?

I was curious when you said they didn't answer you so like 7 days ago I sent them a mail(only one, not one everyday lol). I didn't get any answer. I cashed out of there twice and they have my personal information. I don't have any idea why they don't answer my mail as I have been polite and asked them a simple question. Confused

I have no say in this thing, but I don't like that a cardroom only reacts when they affiliate asks them to. Hope your case will turn out just fine.

It was a very nice gesture from sirthomas to get in touch with Duck and i hope that your problem with them will be resolve in the very near future.

I dont konw if you have account on other site but IMO the big one are the best and this kind of problem do not exist.

Good luck to you in your poker and life in general. Smile Smile

I do not like this site but they answered my e-mail the next day and I am not an affiliate. So the thrut is somewhere in the middle,or in your location(maybe EU has a priority)Anyway, try to move on,is not worth it

Can you help me as well? They just ignore me for more than a week after I requested my withdrawal and sent all docs they asked. Confused

If you havent done so, do as the suggestion above and send then your phone number with
an email, so that they can call you back.
The good thing is that they may be late but they are actually attending the problem after all.
