Hi mate

Is not the best hand, yes you are right, but some times you have to go all.in with some strange hands, and will depends your position on the table, on the tournament, how the other players are playing, if you need to go all.in to call a small stack or if you need to steal blinds, every one is diferent and play for diferente golds and minds, dont be hungry this is poker, every hand is good.

Enjoy sun and life, keep playing safe.

So it is you who is coaching all these guys I keep bumping into on my tables? Is that a 7-2 suited because suited always wins. Blink
I am not totally convinced that a 7-2 all in shove is always the best move,as I see a lot more wins coming from an all-in shove with 9-3 off. Smile

maybe ,sometimes, when u feel players are getting weak. shoving 72 might be the key to grab some little chips from a opponet and nothin sems to be problem with that...

If you don't get called, it doesn't matter with what hand you did it. And against other unpaired cards, even AK, the odds aren't THAT bad. It IS a bad starting hand, but will win its fair share of hands tho.

2-7 is a great hand to push all-in with
great bluff , you can take the blinds and chips from who ever raised
but it all depends on your reads and position
so if someone pushed all-in with 2-7 and won against you
then just forget about it , and you will get him next time
good luck

Hi, everybody.

There are situations when and with such cards it is necessary to play.

When to drive a rabbit into the corner that and he becomes a lion.

Good luck all at tables and in life.

You very often see people going all-in with extremely weak hands like 72 offsuit, 84 and so on at the beginning of a freeroll. But this tactic is not that stupid. You get called and win with luck and if you have a monster with the next hand and push you will get man callers.

Well I would not play such a weak hand in a high stakes game as you did, but indeed I have lost some very good hands (AA and KK) against such id... (lets say such loose players) like you. Maybe it was even you.

2-7 is a premium hand. Never fold it!

going all in means saying goodbye to your chips.most callers won and depends on the situation but i like more trapping opponets than playin aggressive it up to you to decide ,how many percentage is tight vs, aggressive...

Thats really a very good point you are making, one which many poker players tend to forget. Even with such a weak hand like 72 or 73 you are still having two live cards against most of the other possible hands when you get called.

I was just all in pre flop with QQ, and when my opponent turned his cards he was all in with QQ also. Not a bad outcome you may think........ But oh how wrong can one be, four spades later, his Queen of spades had gone and done it! So gutted!

Only steal blinds or sometimes limp when many calls, but never go all in pre Flop or call a all in with the s**t.When I hit I'm on the button I'm happy but in 99% play this hand is not good poker u got only 30% vs over cards so fold this, with suited a little more but fold, fold, fold.
The best think for us is that many players never understand the game so you can win a lot vs these idiots

I know exactly how that feels like brother. The most horrible thing about it is that you dont think this can happen. Often when I see myself going up against the same pair I just turn around only to read that I lost some seconds later.

Lol, we all know its the worst hand preflop, but some people find it funny to play with that hand. Some believe its a magic hand Tongue My believe is that hitting good with 2/7 is nothing more than a miracle happening on the table Tongue
