It's just variance mate, and in SNAP(And other speed games like this) variance seems to be higher and stuff like this happens more then usual. Best to leave these tables as it does happen quite a lot.

Stop!

Reflect on what has happened, what you have said here, and more importantly how you feel.

Then consider this!

Convert your mind and replay these hands in your head as if it were in a normal ring game. Would you have played them the same or differently?

If the answer is the same, then you should give up poker in its entirety based on your assertions relevant to snap.

If the answer is different, then it is snap that is causing you to play differently and you need to monitor how you play snap and change your style.

On the whole, these things happen! They sometimes happen pretty close to each other and leaves us. Feeling pretty bad. Play snap again and see how it goes. Maybe you will do better.

Whatever happens, good luck and keep the faith.

You were just unlucky to have been beaten twice but you made the correct decisions both times.I have played snap on 888 and I did OK and made money even though I am not the greatest poker player....I have seen you play quite often on PP and you can definitely make money playing snap, without changing the way you play. Smile

You managed to get a ticket for the 20k freeroll?

All I ever manage from those spins is the crappy 1k ones and millions of nothing won today. Bah!

I think superthight has been in a couple of the 20k tournaments though she may have qualified in one of them for being in the top 5% of the 1k game.
I am the same as you Phisix......all I ever get on the spinning wheel is the entry ticket for the 1k battle and the occasional sorry no win, which can be quite annoying,I have 11 tickets for the 1k battle now. Smile

I am still having a 2,50 dollar ticket for a snap tournament in my account, which I won during the last promotion by spinning the wheel. It is valid until the 14 th of april 2015 and I guess I will use it within the next weeks.

Stay away from these fast games. I believe that you can have a good run at some point,
but at the end it will be a big kick in your bankroll. Better stay to normal formats.
It is even easier to face an upcoming tilt in the normal games Smile

Normally I would definitely play the normal formats instead of snap poker, at least when I play for money. But as I said I have won this ticket in a promotion, so for me it is basically a freeroll. That is why I will play it.

Supposedly you can get 20k ticket via finishing a certain stage in the 1k as well as the spins. Always worth a try I guess.

You are right mate, if you are playing the 1.000 dollar batlle of your own country you have to finish within the top five per cent in it to get a ticket for the 20.000 dollar battle of nations. But you only get it about 72 hours later.
