Hi mate.
Yes is hard to heard and get know of that stuff, but why you dont send them a message to know if they will put some compensation for this thing that apear, and talk to them, that you thought using the money to play some tournaments and get up on the bankroll, see what they say about maybe give to you a ticket for some tournament, or something to compensate you, I'm just saying.

rumours in the streets of north korea go that pokerstars is testing an roi of a new mass luring of cash campaign that can be summed up in short "offer amazing deposit bonus, wait for a deposit, cancel the deposit bonus, don't allow to withdraw"... probably this was part of that promotion.

haha hard luck you r luck looks to be really out even when you looks like you have won something they take it away and you can no more earn money lol , it did not happen to me but knowing myself and having just read that i think some s**t will happen to me too lol, as my luck is running out, bleeding lots of chips recently and cannot do nothing and have taken a break and only played freeroll for most part, anyway good luck and have fun!

You would think that Pokerstars would turn a mistake into a public relations advantage and at least honour the email for those that wanted the $5. If they had sent the email to millions of people then just change the terms and add a play through or max winnings on the $5 but surely a billion dollar company can come up with a better solution than they did.

That is really unfortunate from Jokerstars and I feel deeply sorry for you. I think that mistakes can happen anywhere and I dont blame them for it, but it was there mistake and they should have to live with it and give you that.

Not hard to make a mistake of that kind. But i agree with leno's comment here. They should have given you the bonus after all. And not that it was a big one. But on the other hand, who knows what was the real criteria for them to give the bonus and how many they were entitled for it. So that could have added up to some considerable amount of money.

Here in the Province of Québec we have a law that a store have to respect the prize that is on the product. Let say you buy something priced on the shelf at $8.99 than you come to the cash and it show $10.99 than you dont have to pay for this article if the price on the shelf is over $10.00 and there is a miistake at the cash then they have to give you a rebate of $10.00. Based on that i suppose that pokeStars should have paid for is mistake. But there business is not based here so they can do wathever they want.
