I was just playing at Party Poker, a 5 dollar buy in with 76 places paid and about 80 ppl left when I disconnected! I was sitting good too... now I can't log on due to technical difficulties. What the hell!

wow that really sucks, but if you have a fair amount of chips, you should end up in the money, i have heard of this happening to other players, i guess your best bet is to keep trying. good luck.

yeah I think I was like 10th in chips... just frustrating like crazy. First time I have played in 1 of their tourneys and this happens... might just take my money elsewhere.

If i remember well if they cant resolve the problem soon and the tournament is cancelled they have a cancellation policy as follow.
Multi-table tournaments
Players who have been eliminated from a tournament before cancellation for technical reasons will lose their buy-in and entry fee.
Any players still competing in a tournament when it is cancelled for technical reason will be refunded as follows:
1. Each player will be awarded prize money equal to the amount that would have been awarded to the next player to be eliminated.
2. After prize money has been allocated according to point 1, 50% of the remaining prize pool will be distributed equally between the remaining players, and 50% will be distributed on a percentage basis according to the remaining players' chip count at the time of cancellation.
3. The remaining players will also be refunded their entry fee.

A few months ago this sort of thing was happening all the time,still not sure if they were being hacked or if they just had problems with their servers.They did change the rules though but it appears others played on but at least you got $10.

i had the same thing only i was playing 5 tournamants for like 400. i could however like the live help suggested play on my phone like i did, funny thing was i could pnly play 1 at a time( they forget to think of that)
