Just placed second for the second time in a row. Playing solid but not great today.
Here are my reults from the SnG's played so far today...
2 - 2nd place 1.50 $ 18 man Cashed twice 7.12 $ x 2 1 - 5th place 1.50 $ 18 man 1 - 6th place 1.50 $ 18 man 1 - 7th place .50 c 45 man Cashed .70 c
So five tournies so far and 5 final tables with 3 cashes. not too bad at 60 % ITM
Will keep the numbers coming if I continue to play this evening.

------------ Thanks Crashster! I thought I played it to perfection but when he didn't call the last small amount on the river I felt a bit cheated. Oh well still played good poker and have some more cash to learn with.

Think with only 500chips left on turn i would have pushed them in. He bet 900 into u so a raise of 500 would be worth him calling and seeing another card. He Could have had an ace and was hoping to hit. After he got to the river and didnt catch nothing made it an easy fold for him.

Yeah now that you've said it out loud that would have been the choice to make. So little chips left why not get it in ? I should be ahead most of the time, right ?

IMO as soon you had raise the guy would have folded i think this way cause he did not called the little bet on the river so he would have done the same before. You played it very well and a lot of time when you slow play someone and bet the river he fold so just continue the way you played it.

What a lovely hand to land on the flop. I liked the way you played the hand, but wasn't too impressed with the opponent. Simply calling a raise is not a good approach, unless he thought he had the winning hand and he too thought was playing you! He should have re raised or folded pre flop. The last play on the river is always a tricky one and bet sizing is key to try and squeeze that little bit more out of your opponent. This is where understanding what has gone on so far and his style of play in similar situations is key. Well done.

I see that your bankroll has doubled. If you play and win it pays you to play, otherwise it would be if you lose your bankroll. Play what you play if you win, but you can always lose. As it is not always unas saying Sunday.

you played great in this hand nice agressive play pre-flop most people would just call
and then you just let him buried himself he had a flush or straight draw i suppose
the only thing that would have made this perfect if you pushed the turn you had only 500 chips with one card to come .. he would have called that small raise to see the river
but then again no one would assume he would fold to that small amount left
i dont think he had an ace , he would have called that river if i had to put him on a hand i would say 9s 7s

What a great flop. So often with this kind of hand you only hit some of the flop or get a draw but flopping this well saves any grief later on. I think you played fine maybe with only 500 left I would have checked the river and hoped people noted I will check with such a strong hand on the river.It would have been good to know what he had but half the fun in poker is not knowing.

Cheers yeah i love boom player too but it is not that often i play on poker stars nowadays sop not booming for a while but every time when i play on stars i always get some good hand , i hope this continues, so good luck again and have fun on pokerstars, also i will hope that you guys can make money in the holidays as there are lots of drunk fish during those period and money can be made easily lol, peace out guys have fun!
