Hi,
last year ive been playing of and on at Duckpoker. Started with the 5 bucks deposit with bonus and in meanwhile ive withdrawn $480,-. withdraw of bankroll no problem.....
After this a I started playing the freerolls again and now Ive made $114,-. Ive been trying to withdraw this for 6 days now but nothing happens.... Its still pending.... I get NO ANSWER to 6 emails ive sent asking about the withdrawl but I get no reaction. Strange is actually that I DID get an answer regarding a tournament I entered in the meanwhile. This was 2 days ago. Dont know what to do as there is no other form of communication possible.................... grt [email protected] (duckpokerlogin)

If you have read other threads that are here on the forum and other foruns, you will know that or maybe the cash out is pending but is going further you just wait, or you made that money on freerolls, and they have a policy and ther terms and condition that say "if you make money on freerolls you have to make some points to cashout", something like this, and one or other thing is that you have, one you have to wait, other you have to make points, simple has that.

thx 4 reply.. I made a 10 dollar deposit on which I made my 114 winnings together with the freeroll playing. I have withdrawn before when having made the deposits before. 5, 10 and 10 bucks I believe so the pointthing your mentioning doesnt apply to me. The thing I don't understand is thats it's now 6 days ago, still pending and I get no answer to my emails, grrrrrrrr

I know that there are always complaints from players at Duck poker who can't withdraw winnings after playing freerolls but as you say that you have already withdrawn before then you should be OK if you have earned enough points. Not sure where Duck poker is based but in the UK everything gets delayed over the Easter period because of bank holidays.I'm the same as you and get really angry when I just get ignored by them.I would rather just have the truth,even if they say it will take 2 weeks. Be very happy that it is only one week you are waiting for. There are way much worst times than that. If you know that they are paying but with some delays, that is ok. The hard part is waiting for months without even knowing if you are gonna get paid at the end.
