You can cutout as many soft drinks as you want or drink your coffee sugarless but if you still insist on your weekly whiskey intake the sugar you have just cut out is still going to be in your system - alcohol will make sure of that. Sugar is not really an enemy - since your body needs it frequently and will make anything it takes to transform any capable food into it to give you energy - only is when the sugar intake happening without fibers.

I think Daniel Negreanu has been great for poker and is someone I like to see doing well when he is in a big tournament but when I get health or life "advice" from multi millionaires it just passes over my head. No smoking,drinking,sugar,fast food and more exercise and vegetables is great advice but hardly cutting edge revelations.....unfair to Negreanu I know but I would rather him tell me his poker secrets rather than Vegan secrets.

Hmm cheers always follow Daniel around he is one of my best and favorite player of all time and i wish him all the best he can achieve in his life hope success follows him everywhere he goes and hopefully we will hear more from him everyday, cheers i have to quit smoking too just like everyone else , it really is a bad habit ,anyway good luck at the poker tables keep posting and most of all keep having fun and keep making money at the table cheers mate peace out and good luck again!!

Of course he is a great guy and a great poker palyer and ambassador. However his way of living is of no interest to me. With all the publicity existing about exrcise,eating, and not drinking i suppose that everybody knows about that and dont need to know that Daniel lesson about this.

As well as Hellmuth, Negreanu is one of the players who drew me to Poker not only because of how they play but also their entertainment factor. I have seen great moments of him psyching out players with words and beating them that way or predicting things for a laugh and they came true.
Great guy, and still has years to play and years for us to keep watching him.

I dont think you can go far wrong if you follow some of the tips on this list. I especially agree with cutting out on the soft drinks because these are full of sugar and are definitely no good for you
