Hello need to tell you something i deposit 10$ on POKERMIRA and play tournaments and play some cash game now i have 30$ and i want to do a payout they say that i need to deposit 30$ to make a payout could somebody have the same problem

It is clearly stated in their Terms and Conditions so everyone in your conditions have the same "problem".
Here is a copy paste of the page on which it is written
"For security reasons, the withrdrawal of funds to accounts will be approved only if you made one or more deposit in the amount of $30 at Poker MIRA using this account. Note, that all personal data should be filled. If data is filled incompletely, our security team will request it via e-mail. If you won't not provide needed data, you withdrawal request will be declined. What cashing out, payment details provided by the User must personally belong to that user."
