I have been smoking off and on for 18 years mostly native smokes half a pack a day and frankly don't enjoy it anymore nothing good about this habit most non smokers find it disgusting and it effects the quality of life for many people in one way or another so time for me too butt out Smile Blink

Do it mate you'll thank yourself very quickly when you notice the positive changes that come along with giving up such an addictive thing as smoking.

I smoke 11 years, and I would like to quit it, but I cant... I smoke pack and a half a day Sad expecialy when playing poker I smoke a lot xD

Hi mate.

Do that, and try to make exercice, if you not do right now, and you will see in some months same transformations.
I don't smoke and never smoke, but for what we see on news, online, friends, they all say the same.

Go ahead and you will see beautys on your way.

Good luck on trying to quit smoking, i did this same thread a couple months ago, i havn't quit completely, but i've cut down from 2 packs a day , to about 5 smokes a day. your best bet is to try the patch, thats what i used. you can also go to your doc and get the pills, my mom did this when she was 65 and she quit using them. which ever way you try, good luck.

it is very hard to make a promise and completely vanish so quickly .smoking is not just easy to quit but its easy to stop by some medication procedure.take your time to quit until your really insist with true reason hope youll be non smokers from now ,be proud of your self ,good luck
