Tell me where you saw that pokerstars made a donation to Russia. If you mean that russians are winning very often onthe site ten its somethink very different. Russia population is 143 millions and you probably be surprised with yhe numbers of poker players. Yes some are making money and a lot of them are losing like any other country.

incase of this situation we need some strong communication and trust made some some donation to from bitcoins just to make sure funds goes to the charities sorry for now i cant fix ps downloading for now.

when there is a disaster like this, pokerstars always gets players to donate, and with the amount of russians playing on their site, they are prob getting more donations then any other country.
And the only way they suck money out of a player, is if the player sucks.
And in that case, as usual they are a sore loser , complaining the poker site ripes them off.

It is always a dilemma when a billion dollar organisation asks for charity donations from people who could themselves be in poor areas of the world,also I once read about big companies using these schemes as a tax reduction ploy. Are they going to match all donations themselves?Are they sending you straight to the charity to donate or will the money be donated in the Amaya or Pokerstars brand?It could just be a decent thing to do but unfortunately the cynic in me says to just go to the proper site and give money as if you are in the UK the charity will get tax relief and it will be matched by the UK government.
