Day 1A of the first-ever World Poker Tour Amsterdam Main Event (€3,300 buy-in) began with 130 entries and ended with 54 survivors after nine levels of play, and Fredrik Andersson, from Sweden, finished at the top of the chip counts with 228,100. What a great city to hold a poker tournament. Amsterdam, is without doubt, the best city i have ever been on holiday and i am very jealous of these players and would love to swap places with any of them

Good luck to Fredrik Andersson,I think he has been around for a while now but I can't remember seeing him win a big tournament.He has competition with Noah Boeken,Wheeler and Salter and still loads of players yet to enter.

well, doubletop - I can get the idea from your enthusiasm about what did you really do in Amsterdam during your holiday ;D But the players probably were not followed the tipical tourist destinations since their main job was to perform their best in this tourey - I guess there was no red lamp district nor coffee shop 4 them. Not even Van Gogh.
