several possibilities:
1. no support is not online. 2. yes support is online, but they are ignoring you on purpose. 3. yes support is online, but too drunk to respond. 4. no internet at hq. forgot to pay the bills. 5. something else.

Personally,...I prefer 'Bike' brand supporters (pic below) while playing poker... Keeps your junk firmly in place without EVER suffering that dreadfull 'Supporter WILT'...
I don't like having to handle the cards after somebody at the table is adjusting their junk under the table,...then handling the cards...!

Like Klash said, welcome to the forum, usually if you have a question, you can post it in the forum, and one of the regulars might be able to help you out. Hi mate hope you doing ok and having fun at the tables and yeah there is a support but sometimes they are busy as they are real people too so not much chance of you getting them if they are out due to a force majeure, anyway peace out mate, hope you get your answers soon and most importantly good luck at the tables and have fun making money mate, cheers i am out and going to watch the Arsenal match later on!

48 hours is to fast for your querry i would prefer to first read additional faq to make more comfortable ,im also waiting reply on cash out which is more important and most wait 8 days .,so make your time meaningful than just waiting only email..

It depends on the nature of your request , along with how many email they have to answer. With so many member it isnt easy catching up. But they will get to you. You could ask here also, Maybe some of the members knows the answer.

For what i see is your second post here, so welcome, and about your thread, the support like above said have many of emails to read and answer, maybe if they no get you a answer in that time maybe they will, but like klash23 said why you don't put your issue here in the forum to the members, because maybe we can help you and you don't need to go the support. Try to make the question here in this thread, and you will sure have a answer for what you want, and the help that you need.
