This is something that is that a long time to be solve, because if there is something against FCBarcelona or maybe Neymar Jr., the FIFA a few months ago had it suspended to not play, but he continues to play, and nothing happens, i guess that this is another thing to further and nothing be solve. Yes is not good for football have this things and this "fair play" failure, but the player are in FCBarcelona is playing, is became one of the top names in the world, in some years is retired from football and no one will want to know what happened, to not be what he was as a player.

Yeah it always was going to happen, it was known for a while now for a bit more than one year i think and it is old news , but good to know as sometimes you forget and when you see Barcelona is transfer banned you say what and then remember yeah it has been said before , anyway they have already good players just not enough in midfield but if there are injuries next season, who knows which young player will come up at the next level!
