It's getting more and more difficult to make money from social poker apps (poker for fun, no real money involved). According to a report from SuperData Research, income from social poker gaming is on the way down, from $203 million in 2013 to $179 million estimated this year and $156 million estimated in 2017. Not really poker related when their main problem now is with their distribution model which is very much tied to social media... Zynga is dropping revenues 'cuz the same people who are ate up their games years or months ago moving onto other things, but new users don't come so easy and fast. It's a problem on all of their games, platforms etc...
