A great win for Brian Hastings and I have seen his name quite a few times this year and I think he has cashed a few times but he has always seemed to do well at the WSOP for the last few years.

Many congratulations to Brian Hastings on winning this event and the first prize of $239,518. I was surprised that this was only his second bracelet because i believe this guy is one of the best poker players on the planet
Being a Seven Card Stud Champion must have been nice but honestly is there any other less obscure type of poker besides this and Horse (or maybe Razz too) where beating the world means you beaten not just those usual hundred suspects who are always playing these live everywhere?
