Today I went to bank to open account, and in my country you cannot get visa or any other card that can recive money from other countries. You can get visa virtuon that you only can do payment in other countries. So I got few questions 1)can I deposit with that card on neteller to activate neteller account 2) Can i withdrow money from neteller direct on my bank account, not on visa virtuon ( because I cannot recive money on visa virtuon) This will help me a lot and thanks!!!

Sto komplikujes ,prebaci pare sa poker sobe na neteller i oni ce ti verifikovati nalog,ako meni ne vjerujes posto sam ti juce pisao pitaj njihov support

No matter if they are the same company, they have different things. The good thing is that with both companies you can get a prepaid card to use. Neteller also has an e-card (no Plastic) which you can set yourself (limits etc).

Neteller accepts deposits by Visa card, but always depends on the laws of each country whether to authorize such deposits And Neteller also allows direct withdrawal to a bank account, but also that operation is legislated by each country in particular You should check with the soprte of them which is the case for Serbia

You can do the same thing with Skrill also. Deposits with Visa cards and cash outs to a abk account is something common. And i doubt that if you have a Visa Credit Card and not prepaid, no matter what country it was issued from, that you have such restrictions of using it.
