The other day i won a $5.00 on 888 wheel for slot machine. So i play this and won little bit over $7.00 and got a message that the maximum winning with free spin is $5.00. Went back to the poker lobby and my BR dont show the $5.00 won so went back to casino and the $5.00 is still there theen i played again in a slot and went up to around $13.00. Got back to poker lobby and no change in my BR. So i called customer service and they told me that in order to release the bonus i would have to play $120.00 then all my winning would be released. What a joke. I went to play again and for sure i lost it all and left a few pennies and keep my BR intact.
Always a catch with the free play bonus you pretty much have too run hot if playing slots with the free spins and bonus game too release the free play winnings if you win 5 with the free play it has too be wagered $200 GL.

Most of the casino bonuses are like that. And this one wasnt a bad one with a 24x playthrough requirements. From 20 to 30 it worth playing in every casino. You have good chances there on turning that money into real. Of course the starting bankroll changes a few things.

yea same thing happened with me and i kept playing untill i lost the money. A couple of days ago i spun and won a $3.00 sports bet, so i bet on the blue jays to win. I won $4.50 but i can't find it. It's not in my poker balance and when i open up sports betting, i can't find it there. I figure i'll give it a couple of days then email them.

Well those free money have always some strings attached Never won nothing to use at the casino but I have won a $3 bet so Iplaced a bet in a football match with 1,40 won the bet and got payed $1,20 the other $3 free bet don´t add up

I got one of those bonuses from the wheel too,but managed to clear it,kept playing won a bit more then played poker,by the end of the night I managed to get a bankroll over $500,just from that 5$ bonus I got from that wheel,cashed some out that same night,so it can be happen,you can make a profit from that little 5 er. I have not deposited on 888 close too 2 years now,and every now and then it happens

You had no money on 888 before winning this $5.00 Cause casinobonus have to be cleared in casino and cant be transfered to poker.

As always, there is no such thing as a free lunch. And there most certainly is no such thing as a free casinobonus (generally)! So, the idea is, the provider wants you to use your hard earned cash to work through the bonus release clause, but what you need to do is only play with whatever you win. If you don't achieve the play through, you have lost nothing, as you had nothing to start with. Alternatively play away to your hearts content on the brief hope that you may win another $5.

There is such thing as fre casinobonus. As there is pokerbonus etc. When you are given a bonus amount and the only requirement for you is to play through, a certain amount of money, then it is free. Have you invested something here?

Why do you think that they offer these bonus and put the requirements so high to release it. In my case i had to play $200.00 in slot to clear it. How many peoples will meet this requirement with $5.00 so they expect that peoples will be attracked to the machine and put their own mony at risk and lose it. But i did not i just played the untill the $5.00 was lost and i left.
Maybe they lost too much in the last wheel promotion and decided to tighten up the terms and agreements. Funny thing is, people rarely questions about stars promotions because they like the brand too much. In my opinion they are the only ones in the industry that are really in a position to give their customers good promotions and rakes, and they don't. They just want to grow and grow and grow their profits like every other business. They even wanted to increase the rake last year when the new owners bought it.

Yeah it is like that for all bonuses i know there are roll over requirements all bookies and poker sites do it, in poker sites it counts as rake and all m but n the end both requires some conditions before you can cashout and all , anyway good luck at the tables ,hope you can clear the bonus if not there are plenty more out there , next time check those hidden terms and conditions and all, anyway peace out have fun and good luck again!

yes,I was broke,then won my free play,got the free play,played it and cleared it,just kept playing,until I was bored and had entered the 99c frenzy and won the tourney about about 5 hours later cashed out, in total I must of played 7 or 8 hrs on 888 that day.
I was so pissed, I stopped depositing on 888 after losing,and told my self,I would not deposit there again and only play when they have promos that offer freerolls,or they give me some sort of bonus.
------------ I forgot to mention the bonus money gets put into you r account once you have cleared it,and can be used as you please

This rule was the same in the last wheel promo,I won it a couple of times.I don't really have that much of an issue as long as the rules are made clear but what is an issue is that the $5 win last time was to be played on a jackpot slot. Another site had free spins on a progressive jackpot game but max withdrawal was still $100.Talking to support they couldn't tell me what would happen to the jackpot if I had won it. Another reason to always read the T&Cs very carefully.

For you that bring lot of knowledge to the forum and for the game, get down on that os hard to know. But when in every room or place you see that is a free of anything, there will be a catche that will make you spend more or do something hard to get that free thing.
Beside that keep playing poker, when you bring to the table and your bankroll good results and fun for tha game.
