I need 70 points on Poker Stars too achieve Silver Star by the end of the month don't want too deposit with a balance of $12 saving this bankroll for QQ zoom challenge starting tomorrow only reason i want Silver is for the weekly 30K free roll which i have never played any tips or advice with this bankroll on what games too play for those points

1.50 18mans will do it for ya if u can will a couple. Wiuldnt push to hard for silverstar other then looking pretty and a few extra points its garbage imo. I alway have it but thats just cuz the volume i play i definitely wouldnt shoot for it and the 30k freeroll is just that. 8-10k donkfest ive only played a handful for that reason. Goodluck tho u should be able to make 70 points offa the 12$ unless u hit a dry spell

If you want to play the Q Q zoom challenge with your $12.00 BR you will have to win a very good amount of money on Zoom and then will depend of how much you have to continue playing and make your choice to earn the points. Wish you good luck in your challenge.

Just wanted to wish you good luck mate. Personally I just gave up on my silverstar because the only thing I wanted it for was the freeroll. It was another dank fest though so I stop playing it. if you wanted to be aggressive you could play the 0.05/0.10 NL Holdem tables but you would have very little room for error. The 0.02/0.05 NL Holdem would at least give you some wiggle room in case of a BS cooler hand. wishing you all the best.

Nice man, I hope you will get it... I come 3 times very close to silver star and couldnt get it... I think 2 times I needed only 20VPPs to get it :S In few days I will make deposit on stars, and I could make a challange to reach silver star Those "freerolls" is same like some mtt's like big 5,50 if you played, in begining play only premium hands, after that try to be more agresive

I hear ya mate. I once missed keeping my SilverStar statis by 12vpp's. I was unable to play for 3-4 days due to illness and just missed it. Come to think about it I think that was the last time I even had it. I do hope Vic75 makes it this month.

Just play some 9 man regular play tight and ship all in only with premium cards and you should win more often that not and you should be able to rake the points needed, so good luck mate also if you play some zoom you should get it fairly quick try using the lowest stack and going all in with premium at the start, should produce a decent rake without you losing a lot if done properly so good luck mate have fun and hope you do it!

I have done it with 15 bucks, from start to finish.....my bankroll didnt move at all either, I stayed even but thats zoom for you. I also have lost alot playing and trying to get it. This month I still have about 250 to 300 to go so possible to get it again this month but I will have to grind zoom hard

Agree. Fastest way to either make points or make some spare change is da Zoom. Obviously you just need a bit of luck to not be card dead for two hours (most people there playing with a narrow range only, so u could even be more speculative), but I'd have do the same.
Thx for the tips played some .02/.05 zoom last night managed 20 points with profit of 7 will grind hard today playing zoom two tables at once at .02/.05 with the extra bonus of the QQ free roll on Sunday last 250K didn't go so well as i busted with QQ vs 1010
