I saw in many sites and videos ppl sayin' they study poker and stuff, I would like to know what are they studing, and how to keep a good study plan, or what should I study and what to include in a study plan to have a good study plan?

Banoos. You need to take a deeper. And closer look at the sites, choosing reputable sites and maybe also take a view from some poker strategy books from which you will be able to determine all of the things that you need to consider and determine yourself a plan. Good luck!
