Jack Duong, 26, topped a field of 2,178 entries to win the first-ever WSOP bounty tournament, Event #62: $1,500 Bounty No-Limit Hold'em. In this tournament each bounty was worth $500, and the remaining prize pool was distributed like in any other tournament.

Many congratulations to Jack Duong on winning his first beacelt and the first place prize money of $333,351. I think you will see more of these bounty hunter tourneys in the future because they are very popular
Not sure why were the bounties so low in value compared to the initial buy-ins - I think they could have put more effort into balancing them out, surely. Altough this guy was a late reg in the tournament so his 'bodycount' is suffered from it I guess.
