I played a tourney that day and they gave me 5$ as well! they gave EVERYONE 5$ those guys know how to appologize! lol the disconnection problems worked in my favor and I cashed in the tourney I was in because of all the disconnects! lol so I was on top for the day.

I sent them two mails with a screenshots of the game i was playing when i was disconnected and both time the next day they sent me a mail like your and telling me they had deposited $5.00 in my account. And another day i again received a mail like that and in this one they were giving me a ticket for a $1,000.00. Very nice from them to take care of their customers. Big Smile Big Smile

there great! I guess maybe I should make a deposit soon,its been 2 years or so since my last one,the thing is I do seem to do better,bye earning my roll,instead of depositing. I love a site that gives you free stuff when they screw up.

... Angry< I was in a knock out tourney this morning and got a wicked hand and would have knocked 1 or 2 out.....THEN.....it disconnects JUST as I'm moving the cursor to bet....!!! Angry

... Angry< Intermitant disconnections throughout the game,...and right in the middle of TWO killer hands I would have won...!!!

...Half on tilt,....I shoved my AK against a K on the flop,...got an A,...but buddy clobbered me with 3 kings... Angry< Gone.....

...If it's not one thing on pp,...it's another....

That is the way they all should treat their customers.
Either freerolling or not Smile
They give free money for connection issues, and others dont even give money,
when you request cash outs. Smile

One of the reasons that 888 poker for a long time now is a "here to stay" poker site.

It's intersting how different people have different views generally based on their own personal experiences with the support staff offered by the major poker and gambling sites. This thread compared to a similar one praising Stars makes me wonder what it's all about!

my experiences so far have always been good with support at 888,every time I have had any issues it was fixed so I was satisfied or at least some what happy.

Of cause it is mostly the personal experience that forms the view on such support structures. Maybe additionaly the reaction time of that support, and the oppinons of other, trusted players.

I got a similar email as well but cannot remember getting any technical problems lately Smile Not complaining....though I would be if I was in a good position. Smile I have noticed quite a few problems with PP though and heard nothing from them. Smile

Any place which does not carry a live chat is starting on the wrong foot with me tbh. But then I meet the most inept, outsourced wagefighters on these - who could not solve 2+2=4 and I am begin to cry for a capable offline support.

Verry nice support from 888 Thumbs Up To get a Little Bonus as a free gift for a freeroller was really good. I played the splash promo freerolls and got nothing and the software freezed every time Big Smile
