Hi you could have contacted BRM support through other means and you would have get the answer i mean by email, their support is good, also maybe it is not their fault and check with party poker support also, anyway hope you get it and you can use it and have fun with it and make a lot of money, cheers good luck mate have fun at the table again if you playing on other sites and see you around post or email if you need help!

No need to worry about it. It is summer and everything moves slower And the party pokerbonus itself is probably the slower in here. Weekends dont count in. Have a little more patience and wait at least for the end of this week.

you did request the promotion 6 business days ago(weekends excluded) and that is not a very long time to wait. your account has to be verified by party, and also they check to see if you have ever had an account before. so these things take longer then 6 days. you will prob see your money by the end of this week or early next week.

i learned in many years of experience in the world of poker something important and i would share this wisdom with you for free " everything related to party poker takes time more than it should unless you are making a deposit " i know your mind is blown right now you just have to wait a little longer , i am sure BRM admin would solve your problem good luck

If you have done everything correctly and used the correct code,correct details,do not already have an account,etc then it will be sorted soon.It does say it will be done in 5 days but I would give it a couple of weeks......sometimes it is out of BRM control but BRM generally does things well. Good luck at PP and don't forget the BRM Sunday tourney.
