Hello people! I need your help. My account is also suspended since last Thursday. Unknown reason. The interesting thing is that I made two deposits in the last 15 days and had made a withdrawal request of a party that can at the cashier. Since then sending e-mail supporte every day, I commented on the DP page on facebook and they blocked me and put out my message. Could someone help me.

If the duck poker admin are just ignoring you then there is not much anyone can do.You are not the first player that this has happened to you either. If you have made 2 deposits and they won't allow you access to your money then if it's a deposit by visa,mastercard etc then you could try and get a refund from your card but maybe Duck have security questions about your withdrawal and are just in verification mode and will get back to you after that. I would leave it a few more days and keep trying to get in touch with someone but if they believe you have done wrong it may take a while.

I dont think tha some one can help you with this. This is between you and the poker company. Keep trying to get in touch in them and see what the reason is. Also seek some info of their license regulator, it might get handy later.

Just keep on trying with then and like Mober says try to complain to the license regulator In any case good luck to you and hope that you get your money back

so sad to hear i just hope they let you withdraw your money if they don't .. it is just like a scam you deposit then you can't play or withdraw .. it is unfair i used to play there but after some threads in this forum , i started to get specious about Duck Poker so i was like i better stay away wish you can solve your problem my friend

so how do you see this help from us? should we run a demonstration against the violent behavior of the ducks... should all of the 662,966 brm members gather next to duck poker headquarters and yell insults towards them also demanding that your account should be reinstated...?

Maybe start a campaign titled 'FCUK 2 DA DUCK' superpochie, that one will show it to them! Right?

DuckPoker sucks Suspend and close the accounts without any apparent reason, people cheat because most of these accounts have balances that they stay on top and never give any kind of explocacion not respond to mails you send support DuckPoker sucks! Do you understand? Close this room should not cheat more people NO PLAY IN DuckPoker are swindlers criminals

It is not a secret that if you want to be sure about your money, either it comes from deposits, or not you should invest in big sites.
While there are players claiming that have cashed out successfully without any hassle, there are others that do have problems with duck. The thing though is, that we dont have a clear view on what is going on, with the ones that dont get paid

I agree with mober.....many people post a complaint but then a lot of the time we hear no conclusion to the problem.That could be because they have got it sorted or it could be that it was the player knowing full well they have been multi accounting or doing some scam.......I know security at a lot of sites do not give info when they have detected fraud etc so as not to give away their methods. It would be good if the poster could tell us what happened as it could just be a ID/security check before withdrawal.

A I canceled my account with more than $ 14 balance simply by inactivity when I complained and send an email to the support they never answered me From the first day I started playing Poker Duck always had problems, had won 2x "Duck Poker 5 Tourney Dollars (Dec-2014)" in the calendar of Christmas past BankrollMob and only credited me one and although I'm complaining with administradres of the page and also Duck Poker never solved. After the problem stop playing because I did not like the soft and customer care Poker Duck and time when I wanted to go again I found that I had canceled the account for inactivity By my count you may be lost in the ass because it's a living hell that is useless or go back to play as much as I never again give away tickets or money
