party poker might be down, however it might be not down, but in the stage of semi down or partially down, no one can be guaranteed that party poker will not be semi down while they are thinking that party poker is not down at all and vice versa. that's just how it goes- it's all rigged.

It was down and they advertised certainly on social media that they were having some technical problems, however as of now it all seems to be ok and back up and running.... Totally back up and running or just back and running I'm not quite sure, but it's working so far for me!
