I have just received an email from BWIN stating that Pokerfest was cancelled/postponed......does this apply to Party Poker as well do you think? Here is a section from the email........With great reluctance we have to postpone our upcoming Pokerfest Tournament Series that was due to commence this coming Sunday, 27 September 2015. Clearly this is disappointing for all of us, but following an update to our service earlier this week, we have been working to resolve some performance issues that have impacted certain aspects of our service offering. This work is on-going and whilst we expect to resolve things soon, rather than risk a sub-optimal experience for our players during Pokerfest, we have decided to postpone the start of the tournament schedule to Sunday 25 October 2015......

since BWIN and party are skins, that means if it's postponed on one site then it's postponed on the other site.and it is better if they don't have software issues when their trying to run big games. no players like it when your playing a big game and it freezes. better to take care of the issues and then run the games.

it is a long time ago since I've played the last time at bwin.party. maybe one and a half year but i remember that they constantly hade problems like this. tournaments freezes after houers of play and it seems that they still got the same problems....that could be very frustrating for tournament players
I am very happy to be a part of such a great community wish you the best of luck at the tables, off the tables and in your life in general.

It is not only the tournaments that are freeze. I ask for a cash out on the 21st. and i just went and see that it is still pending after 4 days. I just hope that winter do not come to fast where they are because i would not like to wait until next summer.

I would imagine this is a big hit for PartyPoker, given all of the build up to it. Has anyone got any Pokerfest qualifying tickets? What is going to happen to them? Does anyone know yet? I don't have any as I haven't had time to play any. Should I withdraw my bankroll do you think?

That is disappointing news for it to be postponed on Party poker,I had around 7 or 8 tickets I was planning on using and some expire before the new date. I think it is the right thing to do if they expect problems but just a shame they waited so long to realise there would be issues.

Party and Bwin are in the same network, so i´m sure, that you can play pokerfest tourneys on both sites. And that the first tourneys at the new series are freeze, was really not a fest, bad perhaps a Party

Not good for players wanted to play this, but i believe it was the best decision they could make. No ones wants problems while in the middle of a tournament, especially when running hot. I believe they need more people in the software section, that know what to do.
