I seen on another thread about these two programs you use to help fix problems with your computer, i downloaded IObit, cause my computer had lost it's sound somehow. after i repaired the drivers with this program i still had no sound. So i clicked their link to report missing drivers. they sent me a new link to download, and now my computer has sound again. so again thank you for your information it was very helpfull.
Other mobsters should install IObit, it repairs and replaces old outdated drivers.

I will have a look at that crash,I am sure my laptop is probably outdated in the driver department and not updating can cause a lot of problems.I could do with finding somewhere that looks at hard drive issues if anyone knows of any sites that can solve those.
