$2 today lost the lot without a win and stupidly used about $10 of my bankroll waiting for a good win,got the bonus feature and it kept freezing on the loading screen,contacted live support and they said they will look into it,should have walked away after losing the free $2....

Yea probably that was the best thing you should have done. But maybe you can get something in return for the technical problems you faced there. A compensation is always nice, and its not the site that lets you down in such circumstances, from what i have seen here.
