Well this month has probably been my worse month ever since playing poker. Playing all fields from 6max hypers 1.50-3.50$, 6 max turbos 1.50-3.50$, 180mans 0.50-2.50$, 90mans 1$-5$ progressive. Mtts- 0.50-11$, spin n goes 1-30$. Even 1.50-3.50$ fifty fifties..just cant get a grip this month losing losing n losing. Confidence level has dropped to nothing and the thrill has gone. Really hope i can turn this mess around and pick things back up just haven't seen nothing like it. Lots of bad beats for sure but also alot of bad play on my own part. Has anyone else ever hit what feels like rock bottem at the poker tables? Buying into a tourney/sng knowing your gonna lose eather way? I know about variance but this feels one giant raging hot inflamed scabby hemroid.
------------ Heres my last 8 games lol dont judge
------------ I dont normally play 50/50 but figured it would be my best way to kill my losing streak but cant even pull out a win in one of these lol
lol bro if someone sucked at making money this month i would won that first spot by a mile away - deposit of 11$ at pokerstars - gone, deposit of 11$ at 888 - gone, winnerpoker - gained 35$ playing slot with my last 7$ and wanted to do a withdraw but coudnt cause didnt made deposit - so thats gone 2 - had decent 3$at FTilt - gone in 60 seconds - im kickin ass as loser
Dont bite urself to long cause better days will come and im sure ur luck is gona change and ull kick ass again. Heads up

your loosing streak could have many reasons....it could be a normal downswing + bad luck that almost every player has at some point !! than i would take a break and stay away from the table for a couple of weeks or more. or maybe you play the wrong games /limits that you could not beat (anymore) like gus hansen (I know that's not a good comparison ) he loses over $ 20 million by playing this high stakes games he could not beat over and over again....
anyway i hope you get some money back in the next sessions

Your definitely right. I have a tendency of running 20/30$ up to 100$+ then hitting the 15-30$ spn n goes. Definitely dumb on my behalf but its my habit i got to break. Im only a few vpp away from my 50$ milestone then will take a few weeks off to try n re evaluate my game

you definetly should rethink what you did wrong... you say you made a lot of mistakes... that is preaty good to know what are those mistakes... now it only take to correct them, and dont do them again, and you will see profit
I could make some nice explanation about variance and bankrollmanagement like I used to but for what purpose? If you enjoyed the ride though then this money was not a waste of time/effort/energy. Life's too short to worry about poker. Or any else recreational activity.

arsenej1 the first thing you should do is to play with a better bankroll management i am sure you know that it is fundamental in order not to go broke over and over again. its not a good idea to play $ 15 /§ 30 Spin & Go 's with only § 100 bankroll and hope to get lucky....!! for regular Sit n Go's i recommend 50 buy-ins for the level you would play at .with $ 100 play only $ 2 Sit n Go's move up to $ 3 Sit n Go's when you reach the 50 buy-ins for that level
cheers

you can always change your hobby and start picking mushrooms, or become an organic gardener, or start knitting... life is full of opportunities, just relax, visit the local weed farm for some in depth answers about meaning of life and why sh1t is brown, then reload and go for it again.

Hello all the wonderful mobsters out there, this is your friend demodawggy from Canada, somewhere near the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay writing to you, wish a good day to each and everyone one of you
< $h!t Happens Mon...! I got in a TERRIBLE rut a few months ago so bad I thought it may be time to QUIT poker.....
I am very happy to be a part of such a great community, wish you the best of luck at the tables, off the tables, behind the tables, under the tables and in your life in general. Yours truly demodawggy, somewhere near the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay in Canada.

It's funny that being an organic gardener was just a 'regular' gardener even ten-fifteen years ago. Good God I hate this new politically correct world.

In poker, as in life, there are ups and there are downs. Usually we allow the downs to loom way larger than the ups. Stop for a moment and think of the good times and you will soon start to realise that the good times were pretty cool and start feeling good about yourself cos you will have forgotten about the bad time. Alternatively go to the Candy Store!

Always annoying when you go on a bad run like you have been but I am pretty sure that you know that these things happen and you always seem to do quite well most of the time.I am sure things will turn around and you will be back to winning ways.
