I need to start winning on pokerfest now. Despite making a $6 profit, and making a $1 loss after skrill fees, once it hit skrill I was actually down $12 because of conversion fees. So need a win to make it worthwhile.
Not that I am complaining because I have had a lot of tickets for it but its too much
And thinking about it, I made a lot of deposits and withdrawals this year (I do so on a weekly basis and sometimes daily basis) it must be costing me a fortune!

I use a GoPlay MasterCard for this. It has cost me nothing (they never charged the initial fee for some reason) and withdrawal and deposits are free.
The only thing that disappointed me, is that you can't deposit on other sites with it, which was my main motivation for getting it.
Even if you would have to pay the initial fee, it would pay for itself, just for saving you the round trip deposit withdrawal costs, for pokerfest bonus tickets...

Yeah indeed.
I spoke with support and they have told me how to change my account from USD to GBP to save conversion fees.
This is one of the reasons why party is so far behind stars. I have been withdrawing from both for years. One takes the conversion fees and never says a word. One emails you several times until you change your account to GBP.

With so many deposits and cash outs you should definitely make a change to your currency. A bit from here a bot from there adds up to a significant amount. Especially to low level players where the smallest fee counts. Not like you win a fortune in each game every time and you dont care

Good move there ice. I have done the same thing in tournaments in the past. Most of the times succeeded. Others i won the silly hand. Plus there are many players chasing that place so its not easy to lose.
But nothing was close to that prize of yours. Well done
