i don't think it is possible friend like pochui said , you are clearly still can't play in pokerstars even though they are doing everything possible to bring back online poker in USA so find another site that accept US players or wait if you are from New Jersey , i think soon you will be able to start playing at stars

I dont see this happening here. From hard to impossible. And if that happens you will have to transfer first, something that will put you in a risk of getting scammed, if you trust a member that is not regular in forum. Not that we didnt have a case like that happened right peter?

You should send money first, then wait 180 days (which is the period you could reverse your paypal payment) and then you would receive money on Pokerstars.
