Rich Casino and NoDeposit Bonus  0
I decided to get a no deposit bonus $ 35 in Rich Casino... And I got it without any problems. He began to play and win a little, lose in general play in the casino. Played I played two days and decided to find out the terms on which the bonus is played and when can I withdraw money from this casino. And then I have a problem. Nowhere in this casino, I could not see the price of my rates and my questions in a support line remained unanswered. Absolutely no response. Then I decided to write a letter in support and received the answer: contact online support. Vicious circle. Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!
Maybe someone else can answer me where I can find the answers to my questions? It seems in this casino know it's impossible ... Confused Confused Confused

I had a quick look for some T&Cs and regarding a no deposit bonus I found that a different website had given the terms as wagering was x75 and they had a max cashout of $100, that could be different to the BRM bonus but looks it looks standard for their NDB.
I would say that the terms look very ambiguous and they do punish for their interpretation of bonus abuse so I would be very cautious with this casino.Good luck. Smile

Yep. 75xB was all i had found for no deposit offers, too. No game restrictions mentioned. Something that makes me very suspicious in this day and age.

Usually it is a bad idea while clearing a bonus to start playing and check the terms later. At that time it may be to late, and one has given the casino an opportunity to weasel themself out of any payment.

When you take casino bonuses with play through, never start playing before contacting support,
asking how much you need to wager.
When you get an answer take a screenshot and keep it till you finish your wagering.
And this cause while you play they can change the amount you need for it Smile
Also if there is no visual of the points you get while playing, after your session ask support
how many you gathered.
Cause one day you may have 100 for example, and the next one 70.
Been there already Smile

I have a rule that says if the casino does answer any question quickly and correctly then I just never play there.Another good rule is to type in the casino name followed by the word rogue and you soon get the picture. Smile

Well. if the bonus said that no deposit is needed in order to cash out possible winnings,
and then you were asked for one, that was where you should have closed the software and
uninstall the client.
No point going into chat with them. If they violated one of their rules, at this point, imagine what
might happen if you deposit Smile
