we can only blame the players who immediately release it

i thought it is good prize
after i got Mob mail telling me the password , after few minutes i found it in a facebook page

Next time Brm staf release pasword 5 minutes before start tourney!!! thi is bulsxit!1! .!.

Indeed... If u want to play it, u can have the password 5 min before also.. This reduces the chance for the password to get shared A LOT

makes me glad I just take the tickets instead, but it happens some loser always gives the password away, the 5 min password release, and 5 min to register before start of the game with no late registration is the best option,or ask the poker rooms to issue tickets to the players on the list.
When it comes down to it BRM make not really care, its just business.

Yeah, this is very unfortunate as much of the prize money probably goes to non-members.

Ideally, this would solve the issue.

I dont get this one, wasn't it that u can only play this tournament if u get a ticket from the mob calendar, so how can other reg if they don`t have a ticket, just with the password???
Well good thing i switched those tickets for mob xmas draw tickets, coz by the look of things many of u if u knew this freeroll would have been like this, u would have done the same Big Smile

I alone would have won an entry to this tourney at least 4 times (claimed tickets instead). BRM has over 600k members, who could potentially try to win an entry. So a playing field of ~600 isn't that big.

No way there were 700 tickets distrubetd last 13 days... Not even talking about won tickets converted to BRM loterty tickets.. For sure 70% of the entrants didnt won a legit ticket on here.

You can reg to play the game at all the sites on the network, if you have different user names.
but you can only have 1 client open at a time
So your others would be just sitouts.

it was no surprise some idiot posted the password on some freerollwhore forum, my suggestion for next week is to give out the password 10 minutes prior to the start

If you can do this then many will cheat no doubt about that.
They will have a go to built a good stack early with one account.
If they fail in one and lose then they will log out and log in to another one Smile
They should be permitted to sign with the code in only one site no matter what.

Some of the prizes are like that, but for this prize in particular, the giver wanted a password-approach.

We'll try to MobMail the next password a bit later.

Fat Tony has spoken so keep it zipped or swim with the fishies......password related tourneys will always have the same problem, its still a freeroll so cant really complain,i think it should be like party where you have to be connected or your wearing concrete boots....gl in any you play and have fun... Happy I went for the tickets in the christmas draw then Big Smile

I don't know about betson, betsafe or any of these affiliate sites and I can't see a no deposit bonus for them so I probably won't bother registering there just for freerolls. I do like the tickets though!

Seems weird that you could register without being a BRM member though ^^ I hope they will solve the issue!

Good luck to anyone that plays

again , only solution is to give out tickets, but that would be too much hassle to organize, so the only solution that will halfway work is to give out the password 10 minutes before the start and not 1 hour

I don't think it matters if you only give the password out a few minutes before, the type of player who hunts down freerolls will always find it,especially if it is a decent prizepool.
Another problem is poker sites and BRM use freerolls to encourage players to come to their site so probably not in their best interest to make it difficult to register.
A solution could be to pay the prize pool in mob points so only valid members would have any incentive to play. Smile

To the players who are unhappy!

IT WAS A FREEROLL FOR $500 PRIZE POOL. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

Now that's off my chest...... "Same as everyone else said".

Please remember it was free and it was wholly likely that lots and lots of people won tickets, and as Admin says.....maybe next time it will be better. But remember..... It was a BRM member who released the password, if that's what happened.

Actually they are not BRM members the ones that leak the passwords.
They are just some idiots signing up in every site, in order to do just this.
Find a password and leak it.
You cant call these members, with the whole sense of it....

that sums it up.... Tongue although if i see a FT BRM freeroll starting and i want to join i jump on here for the password???i would feel guilty getting it from FB or another freeroll password place..... Tongue Tongue Tongue
