Hey guys, I can't log into my partypoker account eversince the update today. I have tried redownloading and reinstalling the software and rebooting my PC without success.

What's weird is the software itself loads normally, but I just can't log into my account. I know I got the account name and the password right, and I can access my account through web browser, but software seems completly bugged for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah dude, saw the update, but after it had no trouble logging in or anything else, but the update before this one had the same problem, got rid of it by simply reinstalling the software, why didn't that work in your case have no idea, may i suggest u contact the PP support

Yeah it always is like that that is why i have just not bothered to re download the software and play on this site it sucks and you got to be very patient to be able to make some money there as you will always encounter some glitch and so on and so forth, so good luck mate have fun hope you do well and make some money and all cheers peace out mate have fun at the tables again and see you around on the forum, cheers mate!

The Machine. I just download th new software and my security didn't like it at first but have now resolved it by changing permissions. Maybe have a look at your security and see if the problems lies there. Failing that, check with those lovely support assistants at party! Good luck.

I sent them a email with a screenshot of the error message I was getting (Error code 41199.0). Googled it and some ppl had the same problem in 2012.

Anyways, they solved the issue quickly, I was able to log in just now. Thanks guys.

Good to see you got it sorted,there was no update for me yesterday or today on party so looks like they stopped issuing the update.If something like this happens to me I always just restore my computer to before the update and hope they fix the bug.
Good to see Heskor is still critical of Party after all this time.......always consistent and always sticks to his point. Smile Not sure what they did to him but it is obviously still hurting!I admire his stand but he is definitely missing some good stuff from party/bwin in recent months. Smile

Party poker messing up simple things. They wouldnt do this with a whole update?
Good thing they have good promotions lately and they keep the players distracted Smile
