I'm having trouble using the welcome bonus on party poker... the bar for the welcome bonus is unclickable, and translucent..

Their support is... hard to get ahold of, and unresponsive at best....

Any ideas on how to sign up with the welcome bonus, if... I can't click the bar to type in the bonus code?........

It is pretty clear that the bonus code must be applied when the account is made if you want the bonus...so for now...after two failed attempts... I am not continuing with party poker...

which is unfortunate.

Their website probably has clearly stated that: response can take up to 24h or whatever..

What is possible is that they see you already made an account in the past and then you won't apply for the bonus.

I tried to register via Bankrollmob, but their Operator said I already had an account (which I forgot)

so i couldn't apply for their bonus.

Always read the terms and conditions really careful.

Good luck and things will never go flawless, get used to it, because if you don't make mistakes, other people or computers will.

If you are required to put the bonus code during the registration process and you cant,
then do not proceed in anyway.
If you do. i doubt they will ever credit it after you registration.
Resolve the issue first with them.
Nothing else you can do, but waiting for them to fix this.

Not s surprise there with party though.
