the moral of the story:
1. never mess with politicians, regulators, officials etc. (aka mofos) 2. if you mess with mofos make sure your bets, projects, activity doesn't lack zeros at the end... pretty sure $9 million bets would have gone unnoticed, but hey $9 dollaros are just plain wrong... (there's no money left to pay the "investigation fee" for the mofos... so they must report you). 3. happy new year.

I never understood very well why a simple base worker from a company can't participate in a contest launched by the same company, once he has nothing to do with its organization and can't try to change things on his favour. Ok, he's close to the organizers just for working there, but he can't obly anyone to chose him as winner. Still, i understand that it would be strange if someone from the organization would win a prize launched in a contest from that organization. The same happens in this case, she should know that...
