I had some trouble. On a duckpoker I for some reason had a frozen account. Support doesn't react to letters. Prompt to whom still it is possible will address.

Happy New Year for you, too. Had you try uninstall the program and down load again ? Did you couldn't sign in or what ? sometimes cause connection. I ever get it once, but work proprely the next day. Sorry can't give you more info.

Hello. I have the same problem. I got the answer: "Hello, Please submit Proof of Address (current to within 3 months) and Proof of ID". I sent and waiting.

When they cant excuse themselves anymore, they have nothing new to say or add, then i guess this is their way. If you dont have money in this sites. just let it go and move on yo another one. If you do have money there try with the gambling authority, the one that issued their license.

It usually takes them a bit longer then normal to respond but they usually answer; a couple of things if you played the freerolls you need to make 6 points for every 1$ , and you need to sent them proof of address and id and everything should be good Good luck at the tables
Hi, everybody. Duck Poker-swindlers and they not nameryana to cooperate with clients. I read about them many bad responses and that to them to spit on players. I have too with them a problem, wait for money month.

Well i wont tell you that waiting for your money for a whole month isnt too long, but i will tell you that im waiting for my payment in winpoker for more than a year now It was December 2014 when i requested.... Its like a fairy tale at this point

I dont know why this site still promote rooms like this.In two rooms which advertising here i lost 80 euro and 30 on second.On third Duck poker they suspend my acc whithout reson

If you had money there too I guess they've just suspended it for that reason alone. Because who u gonna call 2 complain about them?

i guess we just have to accept the fact that any poker room that chooses to associate themselves with animals is not a poker room that we should dip our toes into. pork poker, skunk poker, guinea pig poker, wild ass poker etc.- those are not appropriate names for a poker room that expect to survive in a hard thought fight of online gambling.

I had same that you. I sent everything they asked for but they not answer since that and the account is now frozen for about 100 days. There is no answer and I cannot log in. I can't understand why no support or chat to answer. It is fully blacklisted. I made everything according bonus requirements but they stole the money.

I believe that one of the things you should check before start playing in a new site, is where they are regulated, and if that authority in the end, takes an action against the site, to give some resolution for the players.
Cause if that doesnt exist, they just put you in an ignore list, and thats it. And what you can do about it? Travel to their location ask for your money in person? I really wonder if there is someone that got pissed that much and did that already with a site
