Completely wrong attitude. The people at the support hotline are the last persons, that could change the bonus policy of a casino or a poker room. No point in getting angry with them, they don`t make the decisions.

You should know better with casinos and their offers. In this case it as free spins which you didnt get. But if you had, and won something you were never gonna get anything, unless depositing.
Your behavior though was bad.

The ad states a lot of things but u could see that the hundred spins is a deposit offer and when you go to their inner page here (brm - wild jackoff) there isn't near anything there close to what u claim. They are offering 40 spins no depo to people from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Portugal, Russian Federation.
