So on 6.1.2016 when i was like all sitting out and black screen, i came to move the mouse and after a won hand see "you're in the money" on table and then again won like 2-3 hands, i've been ranked among 13. players for prize. i won 9 hands so i thought at least i'd be getting the 888Hoodie lol.. winners should be getting an email within 72 hours but it's almost 6 days now and i ammm nott impatient but loosing hope for my prize or email to arrive
..of course my profile is ID checked and all legit but even writing an email to their support won't solve a thing. if that's it, then i'm only glad i didn't win some iPhone 6 or PS4. XD 'cause that would happen. they won't care if i never use software again, just want to let you guys informed about their fair-play shi*ty disconnecting 70's looking Old-fashioned fascist app before you use it. ^^

well thank you for informing us that there is indeed a 70's looking Old-fashioned fascist app on the market, i was just looking for something like this to spend my hard earned $0.02. i feel for you dude- getting a hoodie from that fascist app probably was very important to you... there's nothing like hitting the streets wearing a fascists hoodie...

Thank you Ingrid33 ^^ I indeed sent an email to support with my 2 pictures attached as a proof of my hands still waiting for anything they may reply. I am happy for you that they returned the money that belonged to you and an extra dollar 'cause they messed up
Pochui i know right, it's really tough to get some cents, but i had a day when i made $36 with $1 and then lost it all.. well i really deposited there 2 times only and spend alot on MTT and roulette, had ups and then went down again. so this Hoodie from All-In Tournament was like.. "big" lucky win for me so that's why i really want it ^^ I hope that "not getting your prizes" thing doesn't happen to any of you guys and good luck
Usually it takes max 72 hours for prize to land in your account most i won was 8 flips in the daily all in shoot out and won a 5 casino free play that i could not convert into poker cash keep sending email 3 times a day until the issue gets resolved 888 are also pretty slow in processing cash outs but 6 days is way to long GL,

It takes 72+ hours and you will receive a mail, then you have to go to the shop and exchange your points for a hoodie, then enter your contact details (adress and all that) and you will receive your hoodie sooner or later depending on where you live. Make sure to take printscreens at all the steps you make because i won a hoodie too in last years promotion, did all the necesary steps, waited 3 months and when i contacted suport to see what's up, they told me i haven't won anything, i don't appear in their database -the end- . If only i had some screenshots to prove them....

I'm sure that if you continue to chase up the lovely admin support people at 888 that they will come up with the goods. They are after all a very reputable poker site and I would be very surprised if the tried to do you out of a prized hoodie! Good luck with your attempts at rectification.

i feel like they should pay me to ever wear a branded item of any poker room. in marketing terms, more people will see the hoodie depending on your whereabouts than one of their banners promoted by an affiliate, which is also more costly. a piece of cloth for free marketing as much as i wear it don't kiss well. for those that see the brand but have no ties to poker will look like 3 of the same digits made by a chinese factory with lack of ideas. and you call this a prize? LMAO

Well, what do you know?! Next time just call Mr. Mussolini for those two cents - I am sure he is more than willing to help (spending it to the great cause)...
