On Saturday 30th January from 20:00 CET, partypoker is DOUBLING the guarantees of The Jab, The Contender & The Uppercut tournaments, bringing the total guaranteed prize pool to £160,000!
All buy-ins remain the same, players can turn a $5.50 buy-in into a big slice of $20,000, $22 into a cut of $40,000 and $109 into a share of $100,000.

TBH nice promos but I think many users would have appreciate it more if they cut the buy-ins half instead doubling the gtd money. Participating amount still be the same, cuz if somebody could shell out a hundo for a single tourney, he is gonna play on it anyway gtd prizepool's size will not have a say in this.

well that was disappointing to sat the least- i was hoping that for one night only party poker was giving away free booze, hookers and cannabis. now all that they were giving away is a double guarantees... i wonder if this is a good deal for me, i usually win exactly $0 from mtt's, so this would make my win like $00... almost triple zero...

Keep dreaming partner. Partypoker is the worst out there. I stopped playing there some years back when they screwed me with their world domination promo.

I played the jab last night as I had a free ticket, and while on a couple of other games that I played at the same time on PartyPoker and elsewhere I had good hands and played reasonably well, the crud I got dealt in the jab was sickening. I went out after about 2 hours of hard slogging. Still smiling though cos it cost me nothing.

I deposited just in time and played the jab. and sucked hard on it lol
luckily I got £20 in a freeroll on sky at the same time so it turned into a good night and I am only £16 off my target for the month, with tonights freerolls still to come
