Have you order neteller card? I had one cashout but on my bank account from neteller, and now I withdrow again some $ from stars and order neteller card, to see if it is good or not... in mail it says that it should arive from 2-21 buisnes days, and than will be some shoping I will tell you how much are fees... card cost 13USD or 10e

On Stars the best way to deposit and cash out is instant echeck. If you cash out it will be in your bank account within 3 to 4 days and no fees. Deposit instantly again no fees.
Another think on Stars when i deposit for a promo then i do it in Canadian money make the promo leave the $ a little bit and cash out all transactions no fees.

Tnx pinotte, I am not familiar with echecks, I will google it out and see how it works, and if they are supported in my country... neteller doesnt take any fees when you make deposit to stsrs, or withdrow from stars, but when I want to withdrow $ from neteller to my bank account they took 12,75$ + little for conversion fee... and my bank took couple of euros also... I will google now those e checks...I already ordered neteller mastercard, and I will see how that works...

Well its what we have talked before bro, i got my card yesterday and activated the same day, still haven't used it on ATM`s, first i have to check with the banks to see which one accepts that kind of card, dont want the ATM to eat my card All i have at the moment is 34 eur on my neteller acc. so i will first transfer money on Fultilt then back to my neteler acc. and then after i find out which ATM i can use, i will try to withdraw money and see how much the whole thing will cost me Have to say i w8ed a lot. like 11-12 days to receive my card, very long time to w8 considering it was posted by air mail, but its here now if u get to use your card b4 me, i just wanna know how much money u withdraw and how much they charge u for drawing money from the ATM? it should not be more then 4 eur per transaction but then again with greedy banks and other people, u never know

I read on serbian poker forum that they are charging on ATM 4e +2,90% or something like that... I think it is true... but that is hi also... but when you want to buy its only 2,90 without that 4e... there is even one guy that said that you can withdrow your money without any fee... all you have to do is go to casino and buy with neteller card chips... lets say 300e, they dont charge any fees... and you chill little and go back to cashier and withdrow your 300e without any fee from neteller, you got all your money

Why dont you check the sites for the fees They have detailed information on the fees you pay on everything according to the amount you want to use. The only thing you will not be able to find is, if your local banks have extra fees, for using an ATM with the specific card.

I checked banks in serbia, and they charge from 1% to 3%, also I checked on neteller fees, and for neteller card is 4e or 6$... so if I want to withdrow money on ATM that would be 6$+ 1-3% + conversion fee... thats preaty expensive... but neteller card is good for paying because I dont think they have fees for that exept conversion fee...

If it is for use where banks are involved the expenses are too many. If you want cash it would be better to find an alternative method of payment. But for shopping is good either online or in physical shops.
U bouth can use that card on any ATM that accepts Mastercard, so if u see a mastercard logo its free to go. I tryed it on some ATM i thought "no way that this old garbage can accept this" but it did

I am trying to make some money to draw from the ATM but my bankroll at the moment goes up and down, mostly down, i can hit the number i want so that i can draw some money out Im on a downswing at the moment trying to recover what i lost
