Looks like the recent run of decent results may continue today boys and girls.
Sat down to the 1.10+R 35K GTD and have built myself a nice stack early on. Sitting top 40 currently and just need to get through teh rebuy period to the add on of 30K which is always helpful in a tourney where the blinds are moving so quick.
Wish me luck folks and I'll keep posting at the next break if I last that long.
TheIrish out!
------------ Just hit the Add on break of the tourney and TheIrish77 still sitting in good position to make deep run. Currently in 121 of 3861 runners left 130k stack after add on. average for tourney is only 56k so I have some room to play my game and mix it up a bit. still some time to go but blinds are going up and a lot of people start falling away now that rebuy's are finished. be back to update soon.
------------ Just hit another break and am still sitting in the top 200. had my Kings cracked by A 10 after hitting boat. Have healthy enough stack 412k average is currently 272k to wait for good cards and then pounce on unknowing victims.
Well back to it ladies and gents as we're nwo only 177 from the moeny. There were 6245 entrants for this tourney so the result no matter what happens from here is a decent one for me.

Ooooo sorry to hear that Irish, i wished u could have made it deep, why not even a final table, wish u could have sacked them, but then again u finished in the money, small ROI, but better something then nothing, its what i always say Good luck on the next one. One question thou, do u play the 50 points 500GTD on PP? If u do lets sync the next game, i know we will be bound to end up on the same table, wanna try u again on for a size

Posted by Serpang: Yes, good enough prize ! Congratz ! you get additional capital so could play more or higher buy in tourney. Good luck !
But why you push your 33 to shove ? How many BB did you have chips ? or you had strong feeling to play it ?
Trust me I know I shouldn't of gotten it in with those cards preflop and waited for a premium hand or something stronger at least. My bad I will learn from this experience and my past couple of deep runs and take what I've learned and not make the same mistake this deep in a tournament.

well you took gamble and lost... in that kind of tournament you must win some flips to be able to earn some serious money. But can I suggest you not to flip with baby pairs when you have same stack or less than oponent that you are flipping with, exept if you are less than 10BB and need badly double up. By the way congrats on your win
