Quebec's securities regulator Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) have filed insider trading charges against Amaya CEO David Baazov and 13 others, including Baazov's brother and Amaya adviser Yoel Altman. In total, 5 charges were made against David Baazov following an investigation of the $4.9 billion acquisition of PokerStars and Full Tilt by Amaya in 2014.

Oh no - they would never do such a thing! Even the accusation is downright ridiculous and these alleged crimes won't hold up in front of a jury because nobody at Amaya could behave any other way than a true Saint would do... These people are the St. Nicolaus of the poker workd - all they do is just give-give-give. Amiright????

Right !! we no have data and other news, about big money - anything possible. Just this news is not describe the truth ( not yet ? ) Hope this news will continue when they get final conclusion.

I did not trust Amaya group. and it is my opinion. too many canada players catch final tables in big tourneys and win big money. i read many coments and players says pokerstars and full tilt is biggest fraud online. your opinion is?
