Hi to all
i only wanna warn other players that this is a scum site
in my case they just stole my account (worth around 100$) without any excuse (yeah i start with the free bankroll of 5$ and yeah i send them all the documents they asked and yeah they where all 100% ok), i wont go into details because i am tired this Sh1T and i dont expect to get my money from these mother*****
even if you dont believe me (which is fine since you dont reallly know me) there are so many other similar cases like mine which is pointless to say anything more

Do you play there, IQA ? is that site better than Duck poker ? please inform me, cause I am looking other site to play and so many good site I couldn't play ( country banned ). thanks Do you ever deposit there, riouzaki ? Did your account locked ?

I don't play there no, but it used to be connected to a series of land based bingo rooms/casinos and is well thought of. I based my declaration of 'nothing wrong with gala' based on 2 things.
1) No-one complains about them en-masse and 2) OP gave no info and refused to give info, almost certainly his account was closed due to having multiple accounts/cheating etc, or he would have given details.
But gala is a big company in the uk, not some bunch of scammers, hell my mum and my nan both play there!

not going in details and just to work off your frustration here, doenst really help you. gala is on i-poker if recall. usualy they dont make trouble. if you really didnt do anything wrong, then you can still contact kanawane (or whats its name?) poker regulatory.

Dont know what exactly has happened, but either way teddys suggestion, is always a long shot. How many have applied so far to the authorities on each site and how many cases have been resolved. There are even authorities, that dont handle such issues. One that comes in mind is the one winpoker was in, still in dont know anymore...

1st of all i am NOT cheater in ANY way. Last years i tried every site i could, allowed for my country (Greece) and that means i had around 30 accounts at DIFFERENT sites. That means i have opinion and experience for almost any site you know.
2nd i cant tell you why they ban me since THEY DIDN T EVEN TOLD ME

@Serpang if you want my advice, try any site you can with free money or minimum deposit but be careful. As far the iPoker network, these are my facts:
Gala and W i n n e r p o k e r both robbed me (i put spaces because for some reason these word is not showing here)
IPoker RNG is totally rigged, any experienced player can see that in 2 days time. I dont know if they got superaccounts since i play at low limits, and i dont know if they indeed have bots (many rumors about that), but i am sure the bad beats are unreal.
After said that, if you still wanna play at iPoker i recommend NETBET (ex poker770), still rigged but they always paid me and the support is good. Worth noting that they had a chance to rob me with a stupid excuse (that some others sites DID rob me), but they didn t. Also i hear good words about WilliamHill but i cant play there, so i cant really have an opinion.
As far DUCK POKER: I took the 5$ no deposit bonus, made them around 40$.. then won a small tournament and made them 132$, so i asked for a cashout.. they said i needed 90 points.. i go the 90 points and ask them again.. currently i am waiting for the final approval (been few days now, i will post again if they give them.. or not)
ps1. i never deposit to Gala or Duck Poker (someone asked)
ps2. this is a place where people sharing their experience with others, dont be so easy to consider simple people "bad" or "cheaters" and the big companys "good". We dont have any reason to say bad things about a company if they are honorable.

The most stupid thing I ever heard. If you honestly believed it was rigged, you wouldn't play there.

Most sites demand a deposit before you are allowed to withdraw.

The facts I see are:
1) You say you are robbed but won't say why. 2) You say it is rigged but still play there. 3) Gala is a big company with a good name.
Why would I chose to listen to you, who brings nothing to the table, against a well known company and very few complaints against it?
If you have something substantial to bring to the thread then bring it. Emails, proof etc etc.

first off, no one here called you a bad person, cheater or something like that. they never say why they banned someone, as far as i know. you have to ask them.
if you wanna cash out, you always have to deposit first - a small amount of $10 is enough. this could be probably the reason they banned you? because the deposit belongs to the "account verification". so you always have to cash out to the same bank you deposited before.
about the bots, well i heard that rumor too. but its not like cyberdyne system programmed them but a human many of us here played almost on every poker skin out there. so far i can tell the carrd shuffle is on every room the same. bad beats everywhere

4rd why i played there? i dont have to report to any ape but i will answer you: when you got 20$ bonus almost every month (the pros would remember the cash machine promotion), then you play whether you like it or not, apart from that i only played freerols and promotions at iPoker (is really easy to spot a bad RNG if you are not APE)

It is fair because it doesn't have many complaints against it. Sure, a few losing players but that is about it. A company that big would have way more complaints against it.
