What about this one did i again played it wrong and raised to much
Blinds are 50/100 i am low in stack. I am in late position with K K one limper in front of me i raised to 400 the B B goes all-in and the limper called and i called.

Just back after about a month of no internet,seen this and thought good stuff a new freeroll,the start was the same old same old.....push with 94 off??? its their cards so fair enough...glad theres a brm nightly game and hope to play a few for the leaderboard,missed all the Easter bonuses on pp but im hoping im back for a run...gl next time pinotte,they do suck the 2 outters.....

No matter what, in this hand, even if you were all in preflop they would have both called. At least the one with JJ. I dont think you played the hand bad, it is the river that got you again. next time you will win like this

Yeah but i bet i can guess after both u and the guy with the jacks called what happened, the flop came, u saw the ace and froze, decided to check to him, he checked back, turn same thing, and after the river he went all in u put him on Jack something hand thinking u are good here with KK, u called and thats all folks No where after the flop or the turn u bet to check if he had the ace, if u bet both times i think u could have make him fold the jacks, but then again mb not, its a freeroll after all But i did have a similar hand on PS except i had the JJ and the other guy the KK`s, he raise i called, flop came A36, he checked, now i have to know if he has the A, i had to know were my JJ`s good here, so right after his check i bet half the pot, check what happened next, the guy showed me his KK`s and fold them right after that i showed him my JJ`s, he couldnt say anything coz he knows he played the KK`s badly, i told him "i had to find out if u had the ace" but he understood my raise as "i have the ace, and im trying to build a pot here" so GG he promised he`ll get me some other hand, but he never did

So! The question I guess should be, "is anyone wrong in what they did in this hand?" We could sit up all night arguing that the player with 77 should have folded and looked forward to the next hand, and also an argument that JJ may be entitled to be considered to fold , however, decided to give his JJ a run for his money and made it in the end. The wonders of probability and people's lack of understanding of it. You were just unlucky PINOTTE that you got rivered.

Sorry pinotte but nowhere in your post u said I WAS ALLIN ALSO, u said i raised 400, the BB pushed allin, the limper and u just CALLED, i assumed u were not allin, but ok mb i got the story wrong And for 10 points, 2 lines are enough, the post i wrote is more then enough, but i guess u think is all about them points

Again you didn't mention how many your stack, pinotte. It's important I think. is possible make tactical bet or not ( like SBEP said ). Go all in preflop just push JJ to call, right ? I mean this is for your first bet (raise or shove ). result is unlucky for you. next time you will have luck
