Hello guys, I was the winning guy, tilting and dumping all his winnings,
I found this had to do with a lot of things going on outside my poker world. It woke me up, got me motivated and dedicated.
So what's my new challenge? Well study about poker more, hh analysis/finding leaks etc.
I have a coach reviewing me and helping me with finding my leaks, this also keeps me motivated because I have got someone to show I am getting better (or worse).
I start with somewhat 100$ish.
I have set some short term goals :
1. Playing 10k hands per week 2. spend 25% of the time on reviewing and reading 3. building a little bankroll on nl2
Long term goals:
1. Moving up to nl10 2. Live healthier (sports, fruits, etc...) 3. Avoid Tilting
------------ Well pretty happy with day 1, made a few mistakes but that's what's I am going to work on.
BTW. I will post some HH in this thread later if you are interrested in them.

Slow played it a little too hard, but prob. didnt get him out of the pot anyway.
Great 28.5 BB/100 winrate! Small sample though, but nice start.
Are you single tabling?
------------ You're not using auto reload to max? I think you should, to maximize value out of your good hands. Also I think players that don't, look a bit fishy.
You would have lost your stack in the posted hand whichever way you would have played it. No getting away from that, I think. I do think your bets are very small, I understand you want callers with such a great hand, but this quickly becomes obvious to your opponents, because you can't do that when you are worried about opponents completing their draw, in other situations.

no 6 - 8 tables ... depending if I play on laptop with or without monitor
Yeah I set the autorebuy now , and yeah it was small bets, but I was giving him hands like AJ AQ KJ KQ so I was indeed worried about the A or Q river, but was affraid he would fold the AJ or KJ hand like... but you are right about the bet sizing

So you want villain fold or call ? I think you have to assertive to make decision cause it determine sizing of your bet. I think villain will call even you shove on flop. I don't agree your shove on river, just few cent different but important if you want play well. don't forget you figure him maybe had KQ

Pre-flop: AKs is 100% 3-bet pre-flop for me. Instead of calling the 3BB raise consider 3-betting about $0.18. That gives you the initiative as well as position on the raiser. I'd probably even go all-in if I get reraised, depending on opponent.
Flop: you get the nut flush draw, and face a half pot bet; with about 15 outs, you have the odds to call, so that's fine.
Turn: Nothing changed, but now facing a pot sized bet, you no longer have the odds to call => should have folded.

Yeah... the AK play wasn't great... but I'm sure you realised that immediately yourself. The important thing is to not let one mistake lead to another... From your graph (I can't be sure, but it appears so) it seems one big loss regularly leads into another. Just try and clear your head after losing a hand.
The graph would be more helpful if you included your all in EV.

Yeah, well I will find the hands that happened there... it was 3x AA 2xQQ and a 66 with Q6Q on flop with someone pushing all in with KQ and hitting the K on the river so it was a combination on making 1 or 2 mistakes and being unlucky all at same time....
I will include all-in EV to the graph thx for the tip

Some good advice going down here to assist you in your challenge. I think the one thing you need to remember, rather than tilting upon a loss, however big or small, is to reflect and learn from every aspect of that hand..... Do the same thing with your winning hands too to see how you could play the hand differently to exploit even more winnings. Good luck.
Bad luck their with the fish hard to get away from KK and flopping a fullhouse but the luck changes and future play most times those flopped hands will win suited connectors nah don't play them only in freerolls in the big blind with eight limpers GL.

thanks for the advices...
I am sorry for letting you down and letting this topic down, but it has been a rough week.
My grandpa landed in the hospital again and even died last night So I took a week off, but planning on a new challenge and continue this one as I managed to get up 18$ with an average of 18.4bb/100
------------ today started with 15$ bankroll, playing 0,25 cents 45 man regulars... got up to 22,44 .... (pretty awesome numbers too xD ..)
