Maybe it is time to try something new? Or take a break? Although it wasnt that bad this hand. But still you can try omaha h/l in ring games, or low buy in tournament. With some luck you can reach far there. Get some casino bankrolls to blow some steam

Its just a period pinotte, when u are getting outdrawn, sucked out on, bad beat, and it will pass, it could happen the very next day to have a such a smooth ride all the way to the FT that u would not believe it how easy it was to take down the whole thing. So head up, its just a dry patch, it will pass.

PINOTTE. Another bad day at the office. So... To get your head around this hand, try to think what you would have done and how you would have played this hand if you had been the other player. Don't play it how you think he should have played it cos you had QQ, but play it as though you are him (or her) and don't know what is in your hand. Might you, with 44 try and push the other player off the pot with a reraise, and when shoved all in, would you go all in too? Especially as he looks pretty pot committed by that stage and maybe should have shove anyway!
You really just remember that probability is the ruler of the game, and not the relative strength of you hand before the river.
I think if you play this hand from the other players perspective. You will feel much happier about it and also it will help develop your approach to such times.
Keep your chin up and think about the positive plays you have made recently.

Right !! that hand wasn't bad, but luck problem. Just lost some chips I think that is usual, impossible we win all of our premium hand. As long as you still have some chips no need feel too bad, still survive!! If we do positive think we can recover and possible ITM
