well yeah i think it's a wise decision to expand the current holdings and to add additional space which most importantly would be used for not gambling related operations- diversification is a must for a major operator, since this would open them to a more stable revenue base and additional cross marketing opportunities.

This is gambling related as well, they want all these recreational spaces for the family, to keep mommy and daddy in the casinos while the kids playing elsewhere.
