Can Americans still play in this tourney? It says I am good to go but I am having trouble singing on to the tournament on partypoker because I am from the U.S.

hello, i'm a member ok BM but i can't register today on the site party poker. I know that the registration are closed in the BM site but i thought i could register in party poker 3 hours before the beginning... thanks
