Uhhhhhhh bro, i had the same problem, it could be more things, but the thing that help me was i think, i think, i am not sure, but reinstalling the software did the job, some other people were saying u need to update java, others had issues with the operating system, so try couple of this things, if it still doesn't work, write 888 support a letter and tell them all about your problem, i am sure they know how to help you.

Look after Java or Flash Player on your system, if the reinstall could not solve the problem it could be related to some driver issues or your overall firewall/antivirus settings which might block a couple things 4u or simply somehow 888 don't let you enter that 'market' for god knows why...
